This is our Classic London Dry Gin; a citrus based gin that makes a refreshing G&T in our completely recyclable pouches.
Buy this to take out and about on the move! These super lightweight pouches are ideal for taking on a picnic, for a walk, on the train or round to friends for dinner! Basically, anywhere that the size and weight of a regular bottle is cumbersome!
Once you're finished with your pouches simply put 3-5 of them in an envlope marked 'Freepost FARMHOUSE GIN' and pop it in the postbox and they will be returned to us free of charge where we will then make sure it's recycled correctly! No stamp required!
We wanted to create a spirit that was crisp, citrus based but still maintained the distinguishable juniper hit we know and love in gin.
Our London Dry Gin uses lime peel and orange peel as the citrus base but it’s our use of the Middle Eastern ingredient of sumac that binds the whole spirit together and gives it an extremely smooth, warm finish with a hint pepper. The sumac, although adding citrus tones of its own, also tempers the citrus in the gin as it’s not as sharp as say lemon, but rather adds an extra depth and longer finish to the gin.
We love this gin either neat over ice or in a simple G&T – just add your preferred citrus garnish to finish!

Tasting notes:
On the nose... crisp and refreshing citrus with the lime and orange dominant. Slight spice with a hint of pepper coming through.
On the palate... orange coming to the fore balanced by the lime and sumac with the sumac coming into its own providing a warm herbal, almost earthy backdrop for the citrus. Citrus still very much the predominant element with a peppery zing coming through at the finish.
